My lifestyle choice, the Natural Way

Having followed a healthy diet and lifestyle from an early age (mostly inspired by the ‘Fit for Life’ health book), I was introduced to food combining. This dietary guideline, which my family and I still swear by, is further encouraged in the Natural Way lifestyle. I chose to pursue my career in the health industry through the Natural Health and Nutrition Consultancy courses, so as to confidently share my knowledge with others and help them benefit from the principles I have been practicing for years.
