All About Me!

I am passionate about health, the Natural Way for the body, mind and spirit. I am based in Kyalami South Africa, but happily travels and emails to share The Word of Health to the world.

I do talks at schools, churches, corporate venues and in people’s homes. As well as personal consultations, I demonstrate healthy food preparation at her Creative Food Kitchens, either at her talks, in people’s homes or at her home. I has been a lecturer at JAFFAE (a finishing school in Greenside) for 6 years and am a lecturer at Equilibria in Potchefstroom (a school of life).I stock a range of health products including Mary-Ann’s and Aim.

I have studied psychology and am aware of the impact food has on the mind and our moods (and vice versa). I have decided that I want to die young but as late as possible.
